At ROBINSON Lighting & Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom with your original order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, uninstalled condition and securely packed in all original manufacturer packaging including manuals and hardware.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided return label to the shipping box or bring the item directly to any ROBINSON showroom location for a processed drop-off.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
